Hi, I’m Audrey 👋

I ask a lot of questions for a living—and somehow, it turned into a career.
I’m the host of the public television series Stay Curious, where I explore how curiosity shapes our brains, behavior, and how we move through the world. In one episode, I might be talking to a neuroscientist about memory or awe. Next, I’m trying something new, getting it wrong, and learning out loud.
Curiosity isn’t just what I study. It’s how I live.

What I’m Up To
I tell science-backed stories about being human.
Through television, keynote talks, and writing, I translate big ideas—especially from neuroscience and psychology—into insights people can actually use. No jargon. No lecturing. Just thoughtful conversations, practical takeaways, and a healthy respect for wonder.
Stay Curious brings together experts, creatives, and everyday people to answer questions like why we lose curiosity as we grow up, what actually helps our brains thrive, and what happens when we follow curiosity instead of perfection. Occasionally, this also involves moving, building, tasting, traveling, or trying something slightly uncomfortable—for science.

A Little Backstory
I didn’t take a straight line to get here.
I learned differently, thought differently, and spent a long time asking questions that didn’t always fit the room. But curiosity turned out to be a pretty good compass. I taught myself how to write, film, edit, and build projects by following interest instead of waiting for permission.
What once felt like “too much” or “off-track” became the heart of my work—and the reason I’m endlessly fascinated by how we learn, adapt, and grow.

Where You’ve Seen My Work
My work has appeared on public television, on TEDx stages, in books, in conversations with leading scientists, researchers, and thinkers, and the everyday makers, on radio, and in podcasts. Stay Curious is a nationally distributed series available on PBS, and my talks and books are designed for those who want to learn, think better, and stay engaged in a rapidly changing world.
I believe science should feel inviting, not intimidating, and learning should feel like an open door, not a test.

Who This Is For
This is for curious humans, especially the slightly restless ones. For leaders and teams who want smarter thinking without burnout. For people who love learning but don’t love being talked at. And for anyone who’s ever thought, “There has to be a better way to do this.”
If you like asking good questions and don’t mind a little curiosity-led detour, you’ll fit right in.

Let’s Stay Curious
You can watch the show, explore my writing, book me to speak, grab the latest show notes, or just poke around.

However you landed here, I’m glad you did. Curiosity has a funny way of finding people when they’re ready.
